REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY: On this day, we pray and honour all those who fought for our freedom.
WALK WITH ME BOOKLET FOR ADVENT: This has reflections for each day throughout the Advent season. It is available at the back of the Church for £1 please.
ADVENT RECOLLECTION/CONFESSION: will be on Saturday 5th December at St Christopher’s Church. It will start at 10am. Please save the date and avail yourself of proper spiritual preparation for Christmas.
SACRAMENTAL PROGRAMME 2027 - Parent and Child Meeting on Saturday 21st November 2026, 10am in St Ann’s parish Hall. This is for any child in year 3 or above who has not yet made their First Holy Communion. The children will be taken into church to complete a fact finding task. Parents will be in the hall for a welcome and information session. During this session you will be able to fill in the registration forms. This will take around an hour. Please bring a pen and your child’s baptism certificate. Without the certificate we will be unable to register your child for the programme. PARISH CHRISTMAS FAIR: Saturday 28th November 2026 – 11am to 2pm – We still need donations please for the bottle stall and selection boxes for the children from Father Christmas. Boxes are at the back of each Church for donations. We are also in desperate need of people to help put the tables up on Friday 27th November at 11am. Please consider sparing some time and supporting your Parish. Many thanks.
MASS FOR CARERS: A Mass is being celebrated for all Carers within our Communities at St Cuthbert's RC Church, Palatine Road, Withington, Manchester. M20 3LH. Mass will start at 12 Noon on Saturday 28 November 2026. Following the service sandwiches and refreshments will be served in the parish hall. Mass will be live-streamed through the parish website - www.stcuthbertswithington.com - so please attend online if you are unable to attend in person.
ITALIAN MASS AT SALFORD CATHEDRAL: 2PM on Sunday 6 December. Please do come along.

SIGNED MASS FOR DEAF COMMUNITY: Mass is signed every Sunday at St. Patrick’s church, Livesey St, Manchester, M4 4FH at 11:30am. In addition, St Joseph’s Chaplaincy to Deaf People provides a rich programme of socials, retreat days, trips and pilgrimages each year. Please come along.

CATHOLIC CERTIFICATE IN RELIGIOUS STUDIES - BRITISH SIGN LANGUAGE: Starting in January 2027 the Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies will be available in the Diocese in British Sign Language. Spread over one Saturday each month at St. Patrick’s church, Livesey St, Manchester, each module will be taught through BSL and, for those seeking to gain the certificate, it can be assessed via BSL signed video. The programme is designed for Deaf persons interested in being involved more fully in the local Deaf community, providing support and empowering them to share fully in the life of the church.
