If you give us your email address (for instance when using our ‘Contact’ forms) it may be retained on our systems for a timely period but we will only use it to contact you on matters relevant to your original enquiry. We will always seek appropriate permission to use any photographs before displaying them on our site, but if you see a photo here which you believe infringes your privacy in any way, please accept our sincere apologies and contact us straight away so that we can remove it as quickly as possible.
